Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Parisvally scent. If something isn't right, here's how returns work for orders placed on parisvallyusa.com.

14-day returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, perfumes must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging with the cellophane seal intact. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for change of mind, for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service — items lost in return transit are the sender's responsibility.

How to start a return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via the contact form on our site or at amir@parisvallyusa.com, with your order number.
2. We'll reply with a return authorization and the return address for our Texas returns center (12999 Murphy Rd, Stafford, TX 77477). Please don't ship a return before receiving authorization.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us: contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you, no return shipping required unless we ask for the item back.

Free gifts and discounted orders

Free items (such as promotional body mists) must be included with the return of the qualifying order. Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid after any discounts.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship — contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the 14-day return policy above applies.
