All orders on parisvallyusa.com ship from our warehouse in Stafford, Texas, so your perfume never waits on international transit.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Rates and delivery times
- Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
- Economy — $8.90 · typically 5–8 business days.
- Standard — from $10.90 · typically 3–5 business days.
- Express — $24.90 · typically 1–3 business days.
Delivery estimates begin when your order leaves our warehouse. We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking via reputable carriers. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Damaged on arrival?
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening if possible and contact us via the site's contact form or amir@parisvallyusa.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost — see our Refund Policy for details.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once shipped, and reshipment of orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a new shipping charge.
